Opeth (swedish melodic rock)

I love Opeth. Not so much the burrpy vocals he pulls off sometimes, I prefer his more normal singing voice, but above everything I adore their guitar lines, riffs/rhythms, the way they mix Hammond and Guitars, and the complex and long arrangements.

Plus, Bernie will like the fact that they play Laney amps ;-)

Awesome band ... They played in Chennai, 170 km from where I am, on the 25th of January ... I would have gone if the baby delivery was not so close ... Sathya was born on the 1st of february ...
Anyway, "Damnation" is a nice mellow album, "Ghost reverie" is a killer ...
